 Vicki Grove
As Chief Operating Officer, Vicki has assumed a leadership role and is responsible for the day to day operating activities including: revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. Working in partnership with the Practice Leaders, she will be responsible for directing our strategic marketing and business development efforts. One of her primary responsibilities as COO is to manage the Duffy HR contract and direct placement team, ensuring the success of this highly regarded service line.
Prior to joining DuffyGroup, Vicki served as Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager for Bernard Hodes Group in Phoenix for 15 years. She began her career in 1983 with Bernard Hodes, and then worked for a competitive agency for six years before returning to Hodes. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
For over two decades, Vicki's passion for serving the HR community and her commitment to superior service has been her trademark. She has extensive knowledge in recruitment in multiple industries and is committed to cost-effective strategic solutions.
Vicki is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), a member of the Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association (VSHRA) Board of Directors, and the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS).
Donna Dietrich, Practice Director
In her leadership role, Donna is responsible for ensuring the integrity and synergy of our client-candidate connection model within our Duffy HR practice. As Director, Donna's vision and talent drive our strategies and operations each day. Donna joined DuffyGroup several years ago after 10 years with TalentTree. Her staffing industry expertise adds incredible insight to ensure the highest levels of professional service and results for our clients. Ruth Laviolette, PHR
Ruth joined DuffyGroup in 2005 after 5 1/2 years with MFS Investment Management. Ruth has over 5 years in corporate and agency Recruiting, along with over 5 years experience in Marketing and Conference Services roles. She works closely with our clients and Project Directors and utilizes her expertise to source and interview potential candidates.

Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience as a compensation analyst and consultant. Her experience spans a broad range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, financial, insurance, hospitality and pharmaceutical industries. She has provided our DuffyGroup clients with a spectrum of compensation consulting project work including salary survey development, execution, and interpretation; targeted salary survey analysis; competitive market analysis and structure recommendations; and job description composition, analysis, and evaluation. Elizabeth's detail orientation and project management expertise provide our clients with an outstanding resource for a variety of total rewards management initiatives.
