Donna Dietrich, Practice Director
In her leadership role, Donna is responsible for ensuring the integrity and synergy of our client-candidate connection model. As Director, Donna's vision and talent drive our strategies and operations each day.
Donna joined Duffy over five years ago after 10 years with TalentTree. Her staffing industry expertise adds incredible insight to ensure the highest levels of professional service and results for our clients. She prides herself on her "people skills" which create positive vibes between her and everyone she comes in contact with.
Eden has been actively involved in the Human Resources world for her
entire career bringing over twenty years of HR experience including
strong leadership and management expertise. She has a solid background
in full cycle recruiting, employee relations, strategic planning,
workers' compensation and benefit administration. She directed and
managed HR Departments for three companies before joining DuffyGroup in
2000. At Duffy, she has worked with a variety of clients and candidates
in many industries to help them find the talent or role that fits
perfectly with their requirements. She directed an 18-month recruiting
project for a large multi-billion dollar telecommunications company and
has also been instrumental in the re-design of Duffy's internal
proprietary research database.
Eden earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
