Contracting
A contractor from Duffy provides the most cost-effective solution to your HR needs. Fees for contracting depend on the requirements of the position or project and the experience of the contractor. There are also varied fees based on the human resources discipline required. In most cases, fees are determined by the hour. For some assignments, we can quote you a flat fee based on the project. If you wish to hire a contractor full time, you will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
And remember - our contractors are Duffy employees, so we take care of payroll, workers compensation, taxes, and so on. You get the services of a professional, without the hassle of employee paperwork.
